HCII 2022: KAN session on artificial intelligence

HCI International 2022, one of the largest conferences in the area of human-computer interaction, is to be held online from 26 June to 1 July 2022.

KAN will once again be holding a session of its own. Under the heading "Legislative and normative framework for AI-enabled HCI – Implications and questions from an OSH perspective", speakers from the scientific and research community will provide an OSH angle on AI applications against the backdrop of the planned EU regulatory framework for AI.

The session will be held on 28 June 2022 from 12 noon to 2 pm (CEST) and will be moderated by Sonja Miesner, Communications and Public Relations, and Dr Michael Bretschneider-Hagemes, Head of the employees' liaison office, both at the KAN Secretariat. Besides Dr Bretschneider-Hagemes, speakers will include experts from the German Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA), the German Informatics Society (Gesellschaft für Informatik e.V., GI), the Fraunhofer Institute for Experimental Software Engineering (IESE), the University of Helsinki and the Institute for Applied Occupational Ergonomics and Industrial Engineering (ifaa).
