European Council: Cybersecurity of connected devices

With the increasing digitalization and networking of devices, companies, political players and the society face an increasing risk of becoming victims of cyber attack.

The European Council has addressed the issue and adopted conclusions on the cybersecurity of connected consumer products and industrial devices connected to the internet. The conclusions set out prioritites to address this crucial issue, and aim to ensure a high level of resilience, safety and security.
