At just under 50 pages, it provides workers with guidance on improving ergonomic conditions at their workplaces. To this end, it provides clear example scenarios and practical guidelines for identifying ergonomic problems, communicating with employers, and then tackling the problems. The knowledge provided is suitable for application to a wide range of workplaces and situations. It includes, for example, digital interfaces, desks and chairs, technical equipment and task design.
